Shopping and markets

The centre of Stirling's shopping area is well worth a visit. The city offers a unique shopping experience, with the combination of top brands and chains in the Thistles Centre, King's St and Baker's St; one-off boutiques in the Victorian Stirling Arcade Markets; and farmer's markets offering local produce, held on the second Saturday of every month in the pedestranised Port Street.

There are lots of welcoming cafes and restaurants in the city, so you can have a break and enjoy some of the delicious produce the area has to offer while you people-watch and recharge your batteries.

Away from the city centre of Stirling, there are wonderful gift and clothes shops, bakeries, cafes and farmers markets in surrounding towns and villages such as Bridge of Allan and Callander.
