Consultations

We are committed to encouraging everyone to have their say and take part in consultations about current issues.

Residents have a right to say how policies are formed and how services are delivered in their area. We want the community to play an active part in the decisions that affect them. Consulting with the community is an essential part of our work and helps us:

  • plan services and give the community what they want and need
  • prioritise services and make best use of limited resources
  • be open and accountable and put our customers first  

Complaints

We always want to hear what you think about Stirling Council and our services, and wherever possible we will use your comments, complaints, suggestions and ideas to improve our performance.

We will try to sort out any problems there and then, but if you would still like to make a comment or complaint, please contact us

Compliments

We try to keep copies of any compliments we receive throughout the services, these compliments come in a variety of formats, some are posted to us, others emailed and a few are verbal.  We keep these to ensure the service is aware of the standard or care they have provided and as a way of measuring customer satisfaction.
