Tenders and contracts
Corporate Procurement is responsible for Stirling Council's procurement service. It's also in charge of developing the council's procurement policy and strategy.
We aim is to get the best value for money on all goods, services and work bought by Stirling Council. We also want to continuously improve the procurement process, to ensure best value from contracts awarded and to minimise the amount of administration involved when we make purchases.
We work hard to ensure that all procurement is open, transparent and accountable by complying with EU Public Procurement Directives, the Council's own Contract Standing Orders and procurement best practice.
Anyone wishing to supply Stirling Council should register as a Supplier on Public Contracts Scotland. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes to complete.
