Additional support needs - individualised educational programme

An Individualised Educational Programme is a detailed guide to the way a child will be taught and supported in school. It will set long and short term learning targets and will show the key strengths of the pupil. It will give information about the pupil's development needs, the form of support, the professionals and agencies involved, how and when the programme will be reviewed. Again, parents will always be closely involved.
