Facilities Management Services, Building Cleaning service has the in-house contract for cleaning schools and other council buildings. We have 151 cleaning staff working in more than 100 buildings that are committed to maintaining a high-quality and efficient cleaning service. They are trained to high standards and many have achieved the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate.

Every year we issue a Service Level Agreement to each building we clean. The aim of the Service Level Agreement is to provide each customer with details of our service and the commitment they can expect from us.
