Transport for 16-19 year olds

The Scotland wide Concessionary Travel Card Scheme allows young people aged 16-18 access to up to a 3rd off transport on buses, trains and ferries (if you are a resident on a Scottish island).

Full time volunteers (30+) hours a week aged between 19-25 who meet the criteria for Project Scotland are also eligible for the concessionary travel scheme. 

In order to apply for your concessionary travel card you will need to fill in an application for a National Entitlement Card which will give you access to Proof of age and Young Scot Discounts. You are required to supply all of the necessary information and appropriate documentation to confirm your identity, address and evidence of eligibility at one of your nearest local validation/registration points.
