Housing - repairs to council property
Responsive repairs are best reported to our dedicated Repairs Team, you can report a housing repair online.
The repairs team will ask you for details of the repair and in most instances will then offer you an appointment.
Our heating engineers can offer appointments 7 days a week and up to 9pm at night.
All other appointments can be either in the morning between 8am - 12pm or in the afternoon between12pm - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Once your repair is complete, you can tell us "How Did We Do?" by completing our short questionnaire .
You can change your appointment at any time by contacting us.
Our timescales are governed by the Repairs Policy, these are

- Shared responsibility
- Complex Repairs
We are committed to providing you a service with standards. You also have some responsibilities with regards to repairs.
