Warm Home Discount Scheme

The warm home discount scheme was brought in this year to replace the old social tariffs for people most at risk of fuel poverty over the winter months. It provides eligible customers with a one-off £120 payment from their electricity supplier that will be credited onto their electricity account or pre-payment meter.

Replacing lead pipes

We may be able to help with a grant towards replacing lead water pipes from the road to your home.  To apply for a grant, please phone our contact centre on 0845 277 7000. 

Altering homes to manage disabilities

A grant may be available for owner occupiers and private tenants to help with altering their home for a disabled person living with them.  An occupational therapist will need to visit your home to check the work is essential on medical grounds.  Contact our Occupational Therapists by calling 0845 277 7000.
