Repairs - appointments

Housing Services offer repairs by appointment (including gas servicing) so that you can have a repair carried out in your home at a time that is suitable for you.

Appointments can be either in the morning between 8 - 12 or in the afternoon between 12 - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.  

A day before the repair is due we will send out a reminder by text to your mobile or landline, whichever one best for you.  If that date is no longer suitable you can call us or text back to arrange a more convenient time.
