Housing - repairs to communal areas

Where Stirling Council owns at least one property in a block we will maintain communal areas.  To report a repair contact our dedicated repairs team on 0800 027 5888. 

Owner occupiers will be liable for their share in the maintenance, electricity and repair of communal areas. Information on owners responsiblities can be found here.  You can also contact us if you have any queries with regards to responsibilities and costs.
