occurring in Scotland, you can now do this in any registration district in Scotland. There are no longer restrictions to which registration office you can attend. This also applies to the purchase of birth, death, marriage or civil partnership certificates.

To give notice to

  • a marriage
  • a civil partnership

taking place within the Stirling Council area can be dealt with at any of our registration offices, although it is normally advisable to submit the paperwork to the office nearest to where the marriage or civil partnership is taking place.
