Our aim is to ensure that all food produced and handled in our area is safe to eat. Our main areas of work are:-

Dealing with food complaints
Investigating food poisoning incidents
Food Safety Training Courses
We currently do not run any training courses for food safety. However, there are a number of training centres in the area.
