Food safety - regulations and inspections

Our aim is to ensure that all food produced and handled in our area is safe to eat. Our main areas of work are:-

  • Food hygiene inspections

  • Dealing with food complaints

  • Investigating food poisoning incidents

 

Food Safety Training Courses

 

We currently do not run any training courses for food safety. However, there are a number of training centres in the area.

Healthy Working Lives are running an Elementary Food Hygiene Course in Falkirk on 19 June 2013.
