Criminal justice social work - bail

If you have allegedly offended, you may be required to appear in court.  Following your initial court appearance and prior to you being found either not guilty or have a sentence imposed, the Court may either remand you in custody or place you on a Bail Order.  We have bail information to explain the process of bail.  We also detail bail supervision and its aim.
