Hate crime
A hate incident is any incident perceived as such by the victim or any other person to be motivated by malice or ill will based on racism, religious discrimination (including sectarianism), religious discrimination, homophobia, transphobia or disability related discrimination.
Hate crimes could involve an individual being attacked, harassed or intimidated by one or more persons.
We are part of the Multi-Agency Hate Repsonse Strategy Partnership who work together to Stop Hate in Central Scotland
