Pest Control
We provide a service for the common pests (rats, mice, ants and wasps) during normal office hours.
Target response times are:-
- High priority (mice, rats, trapped animals) - 2 working days
- Low priority (all other pest complaints) - 5 working days
We do not treat cats or bats. Scottish Natural Heritage (Tel: 01786 450362) should be contacted about bats.
There will be a charge for Pest Control services unless you qualify for a concession.
You can request services and track them online. To do this, you will need to sign up for a myStirling account. This is a free service to help you find and use information via the internet.
