Local plan - general information
The current Local Plan identifies the sites for development as
required by the Structure Plan. It also contains the detailed land use policies for the area. Please note that the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Authority is now responsible for most planning matters in the Park area and they have their own Local Plan.
Adopted Local Plan
Stirling Council's Local Plan comprises of the adopted Local Plan (December 1999), and the Local Plan Alteration 1A: Stirling and the Rural Villages and, Local Plan Alteration 2: Major Growth Area.
