You can pay your rent by Direct Debit, this is the easiest and most flexible way of paying your rent. 

Payments can be made

Weekly or monthly on the 1st or 15th of each month.  Pick up a form at any Council office or call 0845 277 7000 and one will be sent to you

If you have rent arrears?

We can help - Please call our Advice Services on 01786 442460 for information and advice.

If you have an enquiry about current arrears please call 01786 442478 and speak to the Income Maximisation Officer, rent arrears.  They will be able to make sure you are claiming all the benefits you are entitled to and put you in touch with Advice Services.
