Community payback order

Community Payback Orders replace Probation and Community Service orders. Community Payback Orders can last for a period between six months and three years.

The Court can impose one or more of the following requirements:

• Compensation
• Offender supervision
• Unpaid work
• Programme
• Residential
• Mental health
• Drug treatment
• Alcohol treatment
• Conduct
