Forth Valley Substance Action Team

The Forth Valley Substance Action Team is a multi-agency partnership established to implement and respond to national strategies on drugs, alcohol, tobacco and volatile substances.  This partnership includes Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley, Central Scotland Police, the Voluntary Sector and the local community.

The SAT works with local services to prevent, reduce and treat substance misuse across Forth Valley.  This includes working with social services to protect children and young people affected by parental substance misuse and also with the Police, the Anti-Social Behaviour team and the local community to address the anti-social behaviour often associated with excessive alcohol use and drug misuse.
