Crisis care

Crisis care is a short term service for people over the age of 65, provided in partnership with NHS Forth Valley's Reach team, which provides support to individuals who, due to a deterioration in ability or breakdown in carer network are unable to continue at home without a support service being provided or an increase in their current service provision. Rehabilitation at home

Rehabilitation at home is a time limited service for people over the age of 65.  Provided in partnership with NHS Forth Valley's Reach team, rehabilitation at home provides support to individuals to enable achievement of maximum independence both within and outwith the home environment. Reablement

Reablement is a time limited service for people over the age of 65.  Reablement will work with individuals to help them live safely and independently in their own homes , or enabling them to return home after a stay in hospital.  The aim of reablement is to allow people to live independently.  If ongoing support is required, the reablement team will arrange for ongoing support.  For further information, please see Reablement.

Ongoing support

Ongoing support provides individuals with support and assistance to continue to live at home.  For further information, please see ongoing support.

Incontinence laundry service

For people over the age of 65 who experience incontinence, we can offer a laundry service as part of a care at home care package.  We do not offer this service as a stand-alone care package.  For further information, please see Incontinence laundry

Telecare

MECS community alarm service enables vulnerable people the ability to summon help and assistance at the touch of a button.  We provide our community alarm service along with an extensive range of other technology - all of which is referred to as Telecare.  Telecare helps promote independence, safety and peace of mind.  For further information, please see Telecare.
