Help for adults - disabled people
We offer a range of services for disabled people. Depending on your disability, we can offer support to gain employment, live independently within your own home, gain access to free public transport, or provide support and opportunities for people with a learning disability.
Employability
We aim to support disabled people to be as independent as possible. Our Employability scheme can help you overcome barriers to getting or keeping a job, and being able to live independently.
Independence at home
We aim to support disabled people to live independently within their own homes. For further information about what we can do to help you in your home, please see Independence at home
Learning disabilities
We offer a range of support and opportunities for people who have a learning disability. For more information about the services we offer, please see Learning disability
