Supervising attendance orders

If an offender has failed to pay a fine, the Court may impose a Mandatory Supervised Attendance Order. The Court specifies the number of hours that the offenders must attend, ranging from ten hours to one-hundred hours. Criminal Justice Social Workers will arrange for the offender to:
- Do unpaid work to benefit the community
- Undertake a learning opportunity
