Children's hearings - supervision requirement

Supervision requirements can be made at a Children's Hearing.  A Supervision Requirement will contain condition(s) regarding the child or young person, such as where they should live and conditions which they must comply with.

We are responsible for ensuring that the individual complies to the Supervision Requirement and that the individual is receiving the help and support the need.  Supervision Requirements will be reviewed by a Children's Hearing at least annually.  At these meetings the Supervision Requirement may be continued, amended or cease.

Further information about Supervision Requirement is available via this Scottish Children's Reporter Administration leaflet.
