Social work - Single Shared Assessment

There is an agreement between Stirling Council and NHS Forth Valley to use the same assessment process and paperwork.  Other nominated parties can also access this information.  The idea behind this is to help people undergo just one assessment.

Following an assessment, the information gathered will be used to establish what services are required. 

Please note Criminal Justice Social Work and the Youth offending team do not use Single Shared Assessments at present
