Allan lodge

Allan lodge is one of our care homes, located in Bridge of Allan.  It is one of two care homes offering Short-term assessment and respite care.

Staying with us

Allan lodge is a purpose built care home, providing accommodation for up to 25 people.  The accommodation is designed to meet the needs of older people.   We encourage those who choose to spend time with us to participate in all decisions about the support services provided, depending on their particular needs.

Allan lodge has four bright, well-furnished lounges with comfortable seating areas, each containing a small dining room.  Each lounge is equipped with a television, visual and audio facilities.  All bedrooms are single and have en-suite facilities, some with showers.

A referral is required to access short-term assessment facilities and respite care.  Referrals can be made by a health professional or through our Social Services team.

  • Short-term assessment facilities are free of charge for all people over the age of 65.  However, if it has been assessed that you require long term care at a care home, there will be a charge for our continued care whilst suitable long term care accommodation is arranged.  For further information regarding potential charges, please read contributing to your care.
