Sell a Door Theatre Company is a brand new company composed of current students at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.
In this début piece, Sell a Door explores the story of four characters and their journey in one of Scotland’s biggest prisons in Perthshire.
Exposing the current failings in our prison system, where overcrowding and poor rehabilitation is paving the way for many re-offences, "The Secrets Inside" angles the narrative from the inmates, and the prison officers point of view.
"The Secrets Inside” explores the realm of truth and lies. Truths bubbling to be exposed in an environment where your deepest secrets are all you have left to keep private…or can you?
Sell a Door performs at the Tolbooth before transfering to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival from 18th-23rd August at Venue 45 on Jeffrey Street.
