Laura Marney and Fiona Gibson
in conversation with Anne Johnstone
Mon 15 Sep, 7.30pm – 9.00pm
£6/£4.50
Fiona Gibson, author of, amongst other titles, Mummy Said The F-word, says she works from home as a freelance feature writer because she no longer has shoes fit for public viewing”! Laura Marney followed her debut success of No Wonder I Take a Drink with two other brilliantly titled novels set in her native Scotland.
Anne Johnstone is a regular features writer for the Herald and has chaired many author discussions during past Edinburgh book festivals.
All three will figure in a lively debate on the relative merits of novel writing and journalistic writing.
