The PEAK & Stirling Sports Village
Stirling Sports Village at Forthside Way is the biggest single development for sport and leisure in Stirling for over 30 years with an investment of £27.3 million funded by Stirling Council and sportscotland.
The PEAK is the indoor complex at the heart of the Stirling Sports Village, which already boasts third-generation (3G) outdoor football, rugby and hockey pitches. The PEAK – the indoor complex at the Sports Village, is managed and programmed by Active Stirling.
Forthbank performance sports centre at Stirling Sports Village provides a range of support services, specifically developed to meet the needs of performance athletes and teams. Furthermore, the centre comprises of four suites ideal for any meeting, educational course, or teambuilding event.
Stirling’s schools are also a great asset to communities, providing a range of halls, pitches and swimming pools to let. Across six high schools, let's are available with both core (Mon- Fri, 9 am-10 pm), and non-core (Sat-Sun) hours, with concessionary rates available. Find out about charges information.
Community Centres and Halls
Raploch Community Campus is a welcoming and friendly facility with a well-equipped gym and two spacious halls which offer a fantastic class timetable.
Facilities are available for groups or individuals to hire, with rooms ranging from small meeting rooms to large conference facilities.
The core hours for local Community centres are Monday to Friday 9 am - 10 pm. Out-with these hours facilities can be booked at an additional cost.
There are also other Community run halls within the Stirling Council area who provide a range of cultural and social activities in the small communities. They are run independently of the Council but are supported by the Communities Team through advice, training and an annual Hall Revenue Grant Scheme.
