Subject access request

Before you begin

• your name and date of birth
• the type of personal data you want. Is it related to social work, housing, education, Council Tax or a different council service?

You’ll also need to upload some ID that contains your signature and/or photographs, such as a driver’s license or passport.

Once we receive your request we will contact you to confirm that we have received it and advise you if we require any further information or ID.

We normally respond to requests within one month. Complex requests can take up to three months. If we need more information before we can process your request, we’ll let you know.
