Introduction
Douglas Dodds was first elected in 2017 to the Dunblane and Bridge of Allan ward. A former Chair of Bridge of Allan Community Council, Douglas lives in the ward he represents and is married with two children. A retired Police Officer, with extensive experience in Health and Safety with NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) his external interests are country sports and outdoor activities.
Douglas was appointed Stirling’s Provost at the first meeting of Council for the 2022-27 term.
