A by-election will be held for Ward 3, Dunblane and Bridge of Allan.
The election will take place on Thursday 16 March 2023 between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

Registering to vote
If you're not registered to vote, you'll need to do this by Tuesday 28 February 2023 to vote in this by-election.
Registering online
You can register to vote online on GOV.UK. You'll need your National Insurance number to do this.

Registering using a paper form
If you're unable to apply online, you can get a paper form by post. To request a form, call the Electoral Registration Office on 01786 892289.
Absent voting
You can apply to vote by post or by proxy. Application forms are available on GOV.UK's how to vote page. If you're unable to go to your polling station, you should apply as soon as possible.
