Year 1 (2014/15)
Stirling Council agreed its first budget and five-year business plan under the Priority Based Budgeting (PBB) process in February 2014
Year 2 (2015/16)
Stirling Council's Priority Based Budgeting Year Two Report went to Council in February 2015 where Stirling Council agreed its second budget and five-year business plan under the Priority Based Budgeting (PBB) process.
Year 3 (2016/17)
During years 1 and 2, a significant amount of work was done to develop options for presenting to Council. In year 3 this continued.

For the past three years, you’ve had your say on options for Stirling Council’s budget. Your views shaped our decisions and helped us achieve a strong financial position.

The Big Conversation put residents at the heart of budget planning, more than 800 ideas & suggestions flooded in and this information helped shape the Budget for 2019/20
