Measuring is an essential skill for any engineer. Scottish engineer and inventor James Watt came up with the idea of ‘horsepower’ to measure the power produced by an engine!

In the latest activity in our summer programme, join us to find out the tools and techniques used to measure and survey historic buildings, both in the past and today.

Take part in our measuring challenge and put your knowledge to the test.

Additional information: Suitable for ages 6+

Please note: Parental/guardian supervision is required for the duration of the activity.
