Tenant satisfaction survey

The views of Stirling Council tenants matter to us, so we hold a satisfaction survey every 3 years.

Our latest survey is now underway.

If you live in one of our properties, the survey is a chance for you to:

• share your views on our services and the information we provide
• let us know what we’re getting right and what we could improve
• tell us how satisfied you are with your home and where you live

Our survey is being conducted by an independent market research company called Research Resource.

Throughout March and early April 2023, Research Resource will:

• visit a representative sample of just over 900 Stirling Council properties
• ask tenants in these properties to take part in a short interview of around 15 to 20 minutes

Research Resource’s visits will take place 7 days a week, between the hours of 10am and 7pm.

Checking your interviewer’s details

If a Research Resource interviewer knocks on your door, they’ll show you:

• their identification
• a letter of authorisation from Stirling Council

If they cannot provide this, you should not take part in the interview.

If you need support to take part

Research Resource will try to assist you if you:

• have specific needs
• would like someone to support you during the interview

Any information that you provide during your interview will be treated as confidential. No one at Stirling Council will know:

• whether you’ve taken part in the survey
• what you’ve said
