Travel information for the Stirling Summer Sessions 2024

Travel

Dedicated CityLink bus services from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee are running directly to and from the Stirling Summer Sessions site.

A shuttle bus directly to and from the event site is being operated by McGills. This will commence from Goosecroft Road, outside Stirling Train Station, then from Stirling Bus Station (Stance 12).

City Park, Stirling can be reached by a 25 minute walk from Stirling train station. Volunteers will be on hand to provide leaflets to help navigate around the city and towards the venue.

Stirling can be reached easily by train with services regularly leaving from Glasgow and Edinburgh. Please check times in advance. Timetables are available via Scotrail.

We encourage all concert goers to use the available public transport options.

Car parking at the event site has sold out for the Shania Twain concert so please do not come to the car park unless you have pre-booked.

Please use car parks within Stirling city centre, including Wellgreen multi-storey car park which will stay open until midnight on Tuesday (2 July).

There is no pick-up or drop-off location within the event car park aside for accessible customers.

We would advise people to pick-up and drop-off in the city centre or from Castleview Park and Ride if approaching Stirling from Junction 10 of the M9.

Castleview Park and Ride is a 20-minute walk to/from the event and Stirling city centre is a 10-20-minute walk. Follow signed walking routes to the event site.

Please note that you cannot bring any folding chairs or umbrellas to the Shania Twain concert.
