Request a new bin or bin repairs

Use this form to tell us you need a new bin or box. You can also ask us to repair an existing bin.

Once we receive your request, we aim to deliver your bin or bin repair within 21 days.

Before you begin

You can use this form to:

  • order a new bin – if you've just moved into a new home
  • order a replacement bin – if your bin is missing
  • get your bin repaired – and tell us about the fault, such as whether there’s a problem with the wheels or the lid
  • request a medical bin

You need to use a different form if you want to request a bigger or an extra bin.

If you need purple sacks

If you live outside of Stirling city centre, you can use this form to request purple sacks.
