Costs:

  • The statutory cost per copy certificate is £15

  • Additional copies of the same certificate are £10 each

  • If you request a copy of a certificate within one month of the event being registered, the cost per certificate is £10

Delivery:

Certificates are dispatched within 10 working days, where details supplied are correct.

Fast track:

The cost of fast track is £5.

Certificates will be posted via Royal Mail within 3 working days.

If you require the certificate sooner you can collect the same day at the main Registration Office (OVF) between 2pm and 4:30pm, if the request was made prior to 12pm.

If the request is made after 12pm, certificates can be collected between 9am-12pm and 2pm-4:30pm the following day.

Main registration office: Old Viewforth, 14-20 Pitt Terrace, Stirling, FK8 2ET.

Our hours of collection are Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm and 2pm-4:30pm

Before you begin

We will ask you to provide:

  • your details
  • information about the persons certificate you require
  • debit or credit card details
  • delivery address for the certificate(s) to be delivered to

Certificates will not be available if the events was registered out with Stirling within the current year.

If the event took place in the current year, we can only provide certificates for events registered at any of the Stirling Council offices.
