Cllr McLauchlan indicated H3s concerns between Council and the Community and he wants to work with the Community Council to ensure involvement with the community at large.

A short discussion ensued re relationsH3ps with the new Council and also contacts with Council officials from the Community Council wH3ch were being ignored forcing the Community Council to reinforce their concerns through Stephen Bly (Community Council Services Co-ordinator).

Planning

Planning application for ASDA proposals has been called in by the Scottish Government. Decision will be made later. The application was approved by Stirling Council Planners, but because of no coherent Town Centre strategy and tH3s was another out of town application the matter was called in.

Secretary was instructed to contact the planning officials over some confusion over the wording of the application.

A report had been submitted. No questions to the report.
