- Adoption of previous meeting minute: Proposed – Clare Stevenson Seconded – Mags Hughes
3. Matters arising
- West Fraser – complaints re dust emissions. Discussed significantly increased rates - measurement to be clarified if kg or tonnes. Final warning issued 2018 which had been signed off by SEPA as remedied. Independent experts continue to monitor air quality/formaldehyde Cllr McPherson looking into funding for formaldehyde monitor.
