  1. Adoption of previous meeting minute: Proposed – Clare Stevenson Seconded – Mags Hughes

3.  Matters arising


  • West Fraser – complaints re dust emissions. Discussed significantly increased rates - measurement to be clarified if kg or tonnes. Final warning issued 2018 which had been signed off by SEPA as remedied. Independent experts continue to monitor air quality/formaldehyde Cllr McPherson looking into funding for formaldehyde monitor.

    • 7 crimes reported – 2
    • 53 calls made for varying issues

    • West Fraser – discussed under matters arising


5.  Reports - internal:

  • Treasurer’s – balance £951.34. Ongoing costs towards installation/removal/storage of Christmas Grant being requested from Stirling Council to help costs.

    • CRAG have purchased defibrillator for installation on wall outside new Hub
