MINUTE OF MEETING OF KINGS PARK COMMUNITY COUNCIL HELD ON MONDAY, 05 DECEMBER AT 7.30PM

Apologies: Jane Saunders and Maurice Fitzgibbons, Willie Ferguson.

1. Welcome and Apologies
The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were as noted above.
2. Minutes of the previous meeting held on 07 November 2022.

3. Police Report
No officer present and no report submitted.
4. Matters Arising
a. Sustainable Transport
Noted that there are new officers within the Council dealing with the upgrading of the cycle routes throughout Stirling.
b. KPCC Positions
Noted that members who have been co-opted require to be made full members after attending 4 meetings from their co-option.
c. Community Council Healthcheck
Noted that some feedback required from members to complete the form and have it submitted.

Nothing to report.
6. Secretary’s Report
Jen noted that all correspondence has been circulated to members, including Local Place Plans (Stirling) and the Budget Consultation Survey.
7. Councillor’s Report
No Councillor present at meeting and no report submitted.
8. Kings Park
a. Tennis Courts
An interesting presentation was given by partner organisations who are seeking to improve the tennis facilities at the park.
All members noting their thanks for attendance and positive feedback on the proposals.
