Introduction

Gerry has lived in Stirling since 1979 and is married with two grown-up sons.

A lifelong member of the Scottish National Party, Gerry was also the party’s Assistant National Secretary for six years.

After Graduating from Heriot Watt University in Civil Engineering, his career was in the Energy and Utility sector. Gerry was seconded to the CBI in Scotland for a period, where he was a Director responsible for Environment and Transport policy.

Outside of politics, his main interests are his garden and sport.
