- Learn new digital skills?
Work I.T. sessions take place in Stirling Council Libraries to help people who are looking for work learn and develop new digital skills
Bookable 1-2-1 sessions are available in your local branch with the Digital Inclusion Officer.
It is completely free to take part in Work I.T. You don’t need to learn everything at once, you can take small steps and learn at your pace in a relaxed atmosphere.
With the introduction of Universal Credit people now have to apply for and manage their claim online. We provide free use of PCs, internet, and WiFi and can help equip you with basic I.T. skills allowing you to access your Universal Credit account.
The internet has a wide range of websites that allow you to search for vacancies and provide useful advice on creating C.V.s, preparing for interviews and cover letter templates.
We can help you to create and update your C.V. Once completed, you can upload your C.V. to your Universal Credit account, job search websites or send it as an email attachment to potential employers.
