The C60 bus service between Killin and Callander started operating last July as a two-year pilot project that replaced the previous service provided by local operator, Kingshouse Travel.

Initial feedback from residents and regular users of the new service have indicated a need for additional journeys to address a gap in service during the day.

Stirling Council is seeking opinions from current and potential users of the bus service to identify a preferred day where additional journeys can operate within the current available resources.

Changes to the C60 timetable on Saturdays are also being proposed via the consultation, which can be found at the Engage Stirling platform and is open until Sunday 6 July. Alternatively, paper copies of the survey are available via tcc@stirling.gov.uk.

Environment, Transport and Net Zero Convener, Cllr Jen Preston said: “We’re committed to keeping an open dialogue with communities served by the C60 bus route during this pilot project.

“The service has been operating for almost a year now and all feedback from regular passengers to day-trippers and local residents is invaluable. Your input will help shape how the C60 continues to operate.”
