Thank you to by-election staff from Returning Officer

Stirling Council Returning Officer Carol Beattie has thanked Council staff and everyone involved in the delivery of the Dunblane and Bridge of Allan by-election.

Robin Kleinman (Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party) was today (17 March) elected to represent the area (Ward 3) on Stirling Council.

The full result of the by-election, which was triggered by the death of Councillor Graham Houston, can be found on our election pages.

Turnout for the election was 38.1%.

Ms Beattie said: “I would like to say a huge thanks to all our staff and partners who helped deliver the Dunblane and Bridge of Allan by-election.
