Planning notices and lists
The Scottish Government has introduced changes to planning legislation through paragraph 9(2) of Schedule 6, Part 3 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020. This new legislation means that as the planning authority, we have adapted how we will communicate with you. This includes how we share our weekly list of planning applications, validated and decided. We would have normally displayed these on site.
Due to the pandemic, sharing paper copies either on site or in public places could put you and our colleagues at risk. For this reason, during this time you can access all planning and related applications online.
