Recruitment and training
We offer support to businesses in the Stirling Council area through a range of programmes and packages. This can help with recruitment, wages and employee training.
We currently offer support with:
- Modern Apprenticeships
- recruitment incentives
- supported employment assistance – for recruitment of diverse and disadvantaged groups
- bespoke training – relating directly to skills shortages, diversity within the workplace and working life for ll disabled people
Resource support
Internships, work placements and tasters are a valuable resource to support business productivity and enable skills development. We can plan a range of supports which include liaison with local partner organisations through the local employability partnership. This ensures a co-ordinated approach to your business support package.
