The centre is for use by Stirling Council area residents only. We'll ask you for your vehicle registration, type of vehicle and postcode.
- timeslots are for 10 minutes
- your earliest available appointment time will be at least 2 days after the time of booking
- you can make a maximum of 3 bookings per vehicle, per week
- don't arrive before your timeslot as this could cause congestion
- only the registered vehicle will be allowed on site at the designated time
A booking system is in operation at Balfron for Health and Safety requirements. This is due to the small footprint of the building and the shared access road with local Emergency Services
If you do change your mind about your booking, you can ask us to cancel it. However, we'll only be able to accept a cancellation up to the day before the booking at the latest.
