Putting your waste out

You must put the items to be uplifted on the kerbside outside of your home by 7am on the collection day. We can't collect anything that's in your home, garden, garage or shed.

If you leave any additional items that you didn't include on your uplift request form, we won't uplift them

Free uplifts for over-60s

If all members of your household are over 60 years old, we'll collect up to two special uplifts free of charge each year.

An uplift is up to 5 items, 6 if one of them is a fridge/freezer. You can only book one free uplift at a time.

You'll have to pay if you need more than 5 items to be uplifted or if one of the items is a contaminated bin.
